Erin Tilley is a professional genealogist based in West Sussex. Originally from Australia, she lived for 20 years in France where she worked in the computer game industry, before deciding to follow her passion and change careers completely. She is currently completing the MSc in Genealogical, Palaeographic and Heraldic Studies at the University of Strathclyde and her dissertation is on the topic of female title inheritance in England and Scotland.
She spoke at Who Do You Think You Are? Live in 2016 on the topic of getting children interested in genealogy, and also presented workshops on citing sources for genealogy.
